Art of Calm: Neurographic Doodling
As a dedicated doodler, I have developed a 2-hour workshop where I share my experience of neurographic doodling - an innovative approach to mindfulness and creativity.
In this immersive workshop you will be encouraged to slow down and allow yourself to be guided through a simple 8-step process. You'll make and transform spontaneous lines and shapes into beautiful, abstract artworks and discover the meditative power of neurographic art.
No art experience or skills required - just an open mind and a willingness to let your creativity flow to achieve relaxation and a sense of calm.
I begin each session with a short breathing exercise to help you relax and focus. Please note, I am not an art therapist and this is not an art therapy session.
